We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Billing addresses must match your credit card number, in the case that your billing address does not match, your order will be placed on hold until we are able to verify the correct billing address. We also accept payments via Paypal.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Method:
All standard orders are shipped with USPS (under 1lb) or Fed Ex Ground (over 1lbs). We also offer 2 day air and overnight delivery service with FedEx. We currently offer FREE standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For international orders, Sage Beauty uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail, which delivers your merchandise within 3 to 5 business days.

Order Processing:
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST is shipped the following day. All orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We observe all national holidays.
Backordered/Preorder Items:
If your order includes backordered/preorder items, your order will be placed on hold until the backordered items are available to ship. In the case where you do not wish to wait until the backordered item is available, we can ship your available order based on the shipping method available to you at the time of purchase. We will require you to pay a fee of $5.95 for the shipment of the backordered item when it becomes available for shipment if you choose to have the available items shipped seperately. This additional fee will be charged to the credit card from your order.
Shipping Restrictions:
Sage Beauty does not offer weekend Delivery. FedEx service is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail available). We deliver to most countries in the world (if you are unsure please email us at orders@shopsagebeauty.com to check if we deliver to your country).
International Ordering, Tax & Duty and Refused Shipments:
For security purposes, we require all International customers paying with Mastercard or Visa to fax over to us a copy of a valid with Photo ID card / Passport and the front and back copy of your credit card. The fax number to send to is (518)723-1057. This information will only be used to verify your identity and will be discarded properly after it has been validated.
The tariffs and duties on international shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. Sage Beauty is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Sage Beauty, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Sage Beauty. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All orders shipped to the State of California will be charged a 8.75% sales tax on order total after discounts. Shipping charges will not be taxed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION
Return & Exchange Policy:
Sage beauty has carefully selected all the products we sell and hope that you will love them as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a refund or exchange for goods that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All shipping and gift- wrapping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you receive an item from us that was damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace the item that was damaged. We are also not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the return transit. We recommend that returns be shipped and insured via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Refunds/Exchanges are subject to shopsagebeauty.com's discretion based on the condition of the goods at the time of return.
To make a return, please follow these steps:
1) Email orders@shopsagebeauty.com to request a Return Authorization #. Please include your order number, items you would like to return or exchange, and reason for return.
2) Once you have received your RA# via email, please send the return items with a copy of your invoice. Please make sure your return package has the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the return package. All packages without an RA# and that cannot be identified will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that your packages are pre-paid, insured, and postmarked within 14 days of the order receipt date and send to:

3) Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund or status of exchange within 7 days. Please note that credit card refunds may take about 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
